The five partners in the Erasmus+ strategic partnership project “Youth in action for a creative and sustainable gastronomy”, Östersund (Sweden), Parma (Italy), Dénia (Spain), Gazientep (Turkey) and Bergen (Norway) present culinary education in their respective countries.

Information about the meeting

The Erasmus+ strategic partnership project “Youth in action for a creative and sustainable gastronomy” is a two years project with focus on best practices. The projects aims to increase VET education and recruitment to the jobs in the food value chain. The presentations will address learning outcome in culinary VET education, skills match between the needs in culinary sector and the education provided and provide a general mapping of how to become a chef in different educational systems.

The meeting will be in English. There will be a streaming of the meeting.
